Home / Who I help

Three groups I'm especially glad to work with

If someone in your care fits one of these, I'd be glad to hear from you.

Adults

Adults in the middle of change

Many of my adult clients are women in their 20s to 50s who hold a lot for other people, and professionals who look fine from the outside while running on empty.

  • Career burnout, stress, and overwhelm
  • Anxiety, poor sleep, and stress around chronic pain or illness
  • Perimenopause and menopause
  • Adult ADHD, procrastination, and low motivation
  • Divorce, loneliness, and relationship struggles
  • Life transitions and the search for direction and meaning
  • Fear of public speaking
  • Too much screen time

Clinicians & staff

Healthcare professionals

I grew up with two physicians as parents and spent 18 years leading teams inside hospitals and health systems. I know the pace, the culture, and what caring for others all day can cost. You won't have to explain your world to me.

  • Burnout and compassion fatigue
  • Moral distress after hard shifts or hard cases
  • Perfectionism and the pressure to always be fine
  • When your role has become your whole identity

Ages 4 to 10

Children and their parents

Play is how children tell us what's going on. I use child-centered play therapy, expressive arts, and nature-based practices to help kids feel safe enough to work through hard things. Parents are my partners the whole way.

  • Neurodivergent kids, including those with ADHD, autism, or traits of both
  • Adjusting to a new ADHD diagnosis, for both the child and the parents
  • Anxiety, big feelings, and trouble calming down
  • Divorce, moves, and other family changes
  • Attachment wounds and hard early experiences
